This website is operated by e-Balkan IT Consultancy, Prizren, Kosovo (“we”).

What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website. Consulting engagements — audits, migrations, builds, support — are governed by separate written agreements between you and us, not by this page. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement wins.

Use of the site

Use the site lawfully. Don’t attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or misuse the contact form.

Content and intellectual property

The content of this site — text, design, diagrams, code — belongs to us unless stated otherwise. Product names mentioned on this site (such as Mailcow, Nextcloud, CloudPanel, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Dropbox, and Zapier) are trademarks of their respective owners; we name them factually and claim no affiliation or endorsement.

The information on this site is provided as general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. We keep it accurate and honest to the best of our knowledge, but you should not act on it without an assessment of your own circumstances — that is what the audit is for.
