Services

Private IT infrastructure

Your own email, file cloud, and hosting — replacing Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Dropbox with platforms you control.

The stack

Three proven platforms, one owned system

Open-source software that has been running business email, files, and hosting for years — chosen because it is boring, documented, and yours.

Mailcow

Full email suite: your domains, unlimited mailboxes, no per-seat fee.

Webmail, mobile sync, shared calendars, spam filtering — the whole email stack, running on a server you control.

Nextcloud

Files, calendars, video calls, and collaborative docs on your own server.

The file cloud your team already knows how to use: sync clients on every device, sharing links, office documents edited together.

CloudPanel

Clean, fast management of your sites and services.

One place to run your websites, databases, and certificates — without a hosting reseller in the middle.

Migration, handled

Moving out without losing anything

Zero-loss data migration

Mail, files, calendars, and contacts move intact from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Dropbox — verified against the source before anything is switched off.

DNS & deliverability, done properly

SPF, DKIM, DMARC, reverse DNS, warm-up: the unglamorous records that decide whether your mail lands in inboxes. We configure and verify all of it.

Parallel running during cutover

Old and new systems run side by side until you confirm everything works. The switch is scheduled around your business; nothing goes dark.

Security & maintenance

Run properly, or it doesn’t count

Owning infrastructure only beats renting it if it is maintained with the same discipline. That discipline is the product.

  • Hardening from day one

Firewalled, encrypted in transit, access on least-privilege terms — locked down before the first mailbox moves.

  • Backups that restore

Automated, off-server backups with a written, tested restore procedure. A backup that has never been restored is a hope, not a plan.

  • An update strategy, not update anxiety

A documented cadence for patches and upgrades — handled by us under a support agreement, or by your team using the runbook. Depending on us stays optional. That’s deliberate.

Fair questions

Is self-hosted email deliverable, or will we land in spam?

Deliverability is configuration, not luck: correct SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, a clean IP with proper reverse DNS, and gradual warm-up. We set all of it up and verify delivery against the major providers before cutover.

What does it physically run on?

Usually a dedicated or virtual server rented in your name from a hosting provider you choose — you hold the account, we do the engineering. On-premises hardware works too; we will say honestly which fits your situation.

What happens to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 during the switch?

They keep running in parallel until every mailbox, file, and calendar is verified on the new system. Cancelling the old subscription is the last step, never the first.
