Which automation platform do you use?
An established open-source workflow platform, installed on your server. Workflows are exportable, there are no per-task fees, and if we ever part ways it keeps running without us.
Do we have to use AI?
No. Most valuable automations are plain logic: routing, syncing, generating documents. Where AI genuinely helps, it is added deliberately, with a person reviewing the output — not sprinkled on for the label.
What data do AI models see?
Self-hosted workflows keep your data on your server. When a step calls an external AI API, we document exactly which fields are sent and configure the minimum necessary. You approve that boundary before anything runs.
