Who we are

This website is operated by e-Balkan IT Consultancy, Prizren, Kosovo. When this policy says “we,” it means that entity.

What we collect

This site has no user accounts and collects personal data in exactly one place: the IT cost audit request form. If you submit it, we receive what you typed — your name, work email, company name, company size, the tools you pay for, an optional spend range, and an optional free-text message. If you email us instead, we receive what you send.

How we use it

We use audit request details for one purpose: to review your situation and reply with the written assessment you asked for, plus any correspondence that follows. We do not add you to marketing lists without asking, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own purposes.

Where it’s processed

[TODO: complete when the form backend is chosen.] The submission service that transports form data to us has not been finalised; this section will name the processor and where data is stored once it is. Until then, note that form submissions are not yet transmitted to any third-party service.

Cookies and analytics

This site currently sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. If that changes, this policy will be updated first and a consent banner added where required.

Retention

We keep audit requests and related correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows. If you want your details deleted, ask — see below.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@eballkan.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you are, you may also have rights under applicable data-protection law (for example the GDPR), including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.

If this policy changes, the new version is published here with an updated date. No silent edits.
